Due to unsafe ice and snowpack conditions, the race organizers have made the tough decision to cancel the 2011 race. Our number one priority is to ensure the safety of the participants and spectators. We will release information regarding the 2012 race as soon as it becomes available. The entire Red River Sled Dog Derby team wishes everyone the very best in the upcoming year! |

As you probably noticed, the Red River Sled Dog Derby has a brand new website. Please be patience as we finish it in the next few days. We expect to be fully up and running by Monday, October 18, 2010.

The 2011 race dates have been set. We'll be running February 18-20, 2011. Race registration will be limited to 20 teams and begins on September 1, 2010.
